Meet Michael R. Harrison

With over two decades of experience guiding families through life's financial milestones, I've built my practice on a simple belief: your wealth should serve your life, not complicate it.

Professional Headshot

My Story

I started my career in 2002 at Merrill Lynch, where I learned the fundamentals of wealth management while serving clients across the Pacific Northwest. In 2010, I joined D.A. Davidson to align with a firm that shared my commitment to putting clients first—always.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping more than 125 families navigate some of their most important financial decisions: preparing for retirement, protecting what they've built, and creating legacies that reflect their values.

What I've learned is that the best financial plans aren't just about numbers. They're about understanding what matters most to you and your family, then building a strategy that makes those priorities possible.

When I'm not in the office, you'll find me on a river with a fly rod, hiking the trails of the Cascades with my wife Sarah, or cheering on the Huskies. We raised our two children here in the Bellevue area, and we're proud to call the Pacific Northwest home.

My Investment Philosophy

"Your wealth should serve your life, not complicate it."

1

I believe in building genuine relationships, not transactions. When you work with me, you're not a portfolio number—you're a partner.

2

I operate as a fiduciary, which means your interests always come first. I'm legally and ethically bound to give you advice that serves your goals, not mine.

3

I take a holistic approach, coordinating your investments, tax strategy, estate plan, and insurance to work together toward your objectives.

4

I believe in transparency. You'll always know what you're paying, why we're recommending a strategy, and how your plan is performing.
